I switched to a new account and watched some movies.
But when I clicked Home button, the posters are still the old account’s (also the icloud one for Photos) history.
Unfortunately, this is related to a bug in the current version of tvOS.
We have reported the issue to Apple with full details on how to replicate the issue along with a small sample app. Hopefully this is something they will be able to address soon in an upcoming version of tvOS.
There is a note regarding this added to the guide for multiple profiles.
