Is there a compelling reason why this widely requested feature hasn’t been implemented in over 10 years?

is there an update to this? i’m beginning to have a lot of shows that require this and at this point it looks like it’s not going to happen. i might abandon ship because it’s very inconvenient to do math to figure out where episodes are. a decade feels too long, i think i would’ve appreciated a hard…
