I enjoy using Infuse on my Apple TV 4K, BUT it can’t adjust the aspect ratio of movies. The aspect ratio or full-screen settings are completely non-functional. This is an issue that needs to be addressed.
It may help to include what version number of Infuse you are using and also the tvOS version number and model of ATV.
I have the same problem. I’ve checked twice that both the device and the app are up-to-date; everything is current. My TV is 65 inches, but because of those cursed black areas, I have to watch movies on a smaller screen. Other apps adjust the movie to completely fill the screen; the infuse feature is insufficient.
Play movie then drop down menu, video tab then select aspect ratio, anamorphic try different ones, to suit movie, also there’s a option in playback zoom mode crop that you can select for movies that have the bars already removed. P.s infuse also remembers your selection in playback drop down menu.
