Movie freezing, but sound continues. Need to go back, then resume

Hi everybody,

I have a very strange issue. Since the last updates (Infuse 4.0.1 and tvOS 9.1) my movies image freezes, while the sound continues to playback. I have to go back to my movie screen, then start it again (or resume, thanks to 4.0.1).

This issue happens on big files, like “Man of steel”, or the last “Maze Runner”, 20 GB each, and in DTS. My files are on a Synology DS1515+, and my LAN is in Ethernet Cat 6 (no WiFi).

If I can help you find the answer, doing some tests, let me know.

Had this too a couple of times. My files are 8GB max and running wireless AC speed from DS211j via SMB2.

Me too, I’ve had two 1080p mkv files do the same thing.

Cabled to time capsule.

Same here with 720p mkv from my Airport Extreme.
