MKV scrubbing issue

Hi, I have this MKV video, quite a large one, 32 GB. It plays fine except I cannot scrub (jump to where I want to watch). Every time I try to jump forward (say from 00:00:00 jump to 01:00:00 ) it tries to load for a minute but it only moves few seconds forward (from 00:00:00 to 00:00:30). The file has chapters but it doesnt do anything either.

The video plays and can fast forward just fine in PC. But not with infuse both TvOS and IOS version. I just wanted to know if this is the current software limit or something wrong with my settings? Thank you

Hi James, just this video have this issue. I have tested another 8GB mkv video jumps straight to where I wanted within a second
