MKV files not showing up

Hello…I have the ATV 4K and have also purchased the Infuse Pro 5…I’m trying to play .mkv files using UPnP…the folder does show up in “Browse” mode…when I click in…the .mkv does not show up…is there a reason why?

Also to check if this will actually play on Infuse Pro 5? That’s the main reason why I went Pro…is to play such files…

Any help will be great!

When using UPnP or DLNA there can be a delay introduced by the server, as it needs to scan and index each file before Infuse is able to see them. If you are able to connect via SMB or NFS then you can usually avoid this.

Regarding this file in particular, it looks like Infuse will have no problem playing this when running on the Apple TV 4K.

Right ok…I’ll give SMB a try later when I’m back…will report back on how it goes!
