Missing TV Shows

Latest ipadOS and TVOS on my devices.
Latests Infuse
Connected to the latest Jellyfin server, 10.10.6
Latest InfuseSync plugin installed.

When on my AppleTV I click on TV shows, It misses certain shows that I will see when I go to the Jellyfin and then TV shows button. The shows are in Jellyfin and other clients have no issue seeing them.

Ideally I want Infuse to completely respect the Jellyfin database as source of truth.

Meaning a button to go to all Films, all TV Shows
And the newly added.

But they dont show up in Infuse as TV shows.
Trying to identify the ones, but they are mainly british ones that probably dont have a big global fanbase.

How do I troubleshoot this?
I was assuming Infuse would just use the Jellyfin Library as is (which is what I would prefer it to do and it seems to sync the progress on episodes from Jellyfin and other clients.

I can disable library mode in infuse, but then there is no button to go to all TV Shows.
It seems overcomplicated

By chance, do you have the ‘merge series that are spread across multiple folders’ option enabled on the Jellyfin server? There are a few reports we have seen that causes issues when this option is enabled.

No I do not use that feature.

The problem was a combination of 2 things:
A. Removing Jellyfin and adding the source again resolved the problem for the few missing series.
B. Since I had at least 2 series that had episodes but didnt show up, it convoluted the view on series of which I have folders but no episodes. Those show up in Jellyfin, but not in Infuse, since it does not see any episodes.

Due to A I didnt recognize casus B.

But now I believe all series show up as Infuse intends and hides series that have no episodes (but have folders)

Not sure why I had to remove and add back Jellyfin with the exact same settings to resolve it. Maybe some air bubbles in the line

Thanks!!
