Missing TV Show Episodes

Hello! I’m running Infuse Pro (8.4.3 (5628)) on an Apple TV. I have SMB sharing from two external hard drives, one for “Movies” and one for “TV” shows.

Within the TV Shows, I am having an issue with one particular show - Jujutsu Kaisen. My file structure on the hard drive is as follows:

  • Jujutsu Kaisen
    • Season 1
      • Jujutsu Kaisen - S01E01.mkv
      • Jujutsu Kaisen - S01E02.mkv
      • …
    • Season 2
      • Jujustu Kaisen - S02E01.mkv
      • Jujutsu Kaisen - S02E02.mkv
      • …

The trouble I am having is with “Season 1”, where only “Jujutsu Kaisen - S01E01.mkv” is showing up, while the remainder of the episodes are not showing up at all. I have verified the following:

  • File sharing is SMB protocol on my machine as well as on Infuse
  • The missing .mkv files are not damaged and are playable in VLC
  • The naming convention is standard and is not different for the missing files.

Any idea what might be causing this? I’ve tried moving the files and then having Infuse re-scan for changes, but nothing seems to fix it. Thank you for your help :slight_smile:

Just so you can have another set of eyes look at the file names and structure could you post a screen cap of the directory with files and folder names? Sometimes you can look at the same thing over and over and not see a tiny detail that is off.

Edit to add, TMDB doesn’t show a season 2 yet so that may be part of the problem.
