There is a button with no icon within details view from within a playlist and when clicked removes item from playlist with no confirmation. In Direct Mode, there is instead 3 dots with options to remove from playlist or refresh. IMO I’d like Library Mode to behave the same as Direct mode with having 3 dots instead a direct delete button, since I accidentally deleted item from playlist by mistake since I didn’t know what that button did.

What type of server are you connected to? Which version of Apple software?
Connected to Jellyfin server 10.10.7
Infuse version 8.2.3
TVOS version 18.6

What version number of Infuse and what OS version?
tvOS 26 and latest version of the app. But this issue has been present for a long time.

Since updates can come frequently providing the actual version number may help.
Yep, noticed this too for some time now.
This has been resolved in today’s 8.3 update.
