So I’m kinda boring with my Home Screen. I have only ever had favourites pinned and showing. I don’t want anything else there…and I only have 6 favourites.
The Home Screen in the previous version at least had some nice artwork taking up a lot of screen realestate, but now I’m left with mostly a blank grey screen, and a few icons at the top of the screen. It looks awful.
Am I missing something? Is there a way to make the Home Screen look nice without having to add in other pinned items just to get rid of all the dullness and grey?
Solid black will still be possible when there is more content (Up Next, movie/show lists, etc…) visible on the screen.
The issue here appears when you have favorites added with everything else on the home screen disabled. Previously there was an Infuse graphic that helped fill out the page.
This is how i have always had Infuse setup, just have the Favorites icons on the home screen.
Pure black mode, shoudl mean pure black, including the background, imo. Regardless of how much content is on the home screen,
I noticed this too. I only use favorites on my Home Screen and the icons are top left now instead of bottom center. It looks really dull. Hoping to get the old interface back. Right now this is a downgrade.
An upgrade would be if we can add our own wallpaper to our home screens.
