Same for me (missing references from actors to other movies/shows). I have Jellyfin v10.11.5

Many actor portraits for movies and TV shows I imported into Infuse are missing. TMDB clearly has these actor portraits, but they don’t display in Infuse—though they show up fine in Emby. What could be causing this? [merged]

Mine is doing the same thing. I don’t use any nfo files etc… just a simple video file. Like you said, the actor picture shows up on tmdb but Infuse doesn’t seem to pull this information sometimes. Did you ever fix this mate?

I’ve made a separate post about this but it seems like this might be something to do with a change made to the api of TMDB. The guy who makes the Chillio IPTV app confirmed this in a Discord message to me and he’s fixing the issue for the next version of the app. I presume whatever the problem is …

Ah, that explains what’s going on. The issue is still happening at the moment. Fingers crossed that TMDB will address it if it was an unintended change, or the apps are updated to work with the new API changes.
