Metadata & movie poster problems

Hello everyone,

I have an apple tv black jailbreak, with atv flash black installed. My atv don’t display metadata and movie poster. I set  media> settings> show Fanart> yes> Movies / TV Shows> Fetching Metadata> Enable

With “Fetching metadata” it view only a frame of the same movie.

I have also reinstalled aTV Flash and Media Player but absolutely nothing has changed.

What can I do?

If you’re only getting a single frame for your file, that means Media Player can’t find any information for that file. This may be caused by an irregular file name.

Can you provide an example filename you’re having trouble with?
