Metadata mismatch for two specific episodes of Death in Paradise

For the TV series Death in Paradise, here is how series 0, the Christmas specials, appear in TMDB:

Everything is in order, each episode has a unique and meaningful title, description and artwork. However, in Infuse this is how they appear:

So the first episode is correct: the title, description and image match the information in TMDB. But the second and third episodes are not correct: the titles and images are mismatched, and the descriptions are generic.

The filenames in my library are as follows:

Death in Paradise S00E01 Christmas Special.mkv
Death in Paradise S00E02 The Death Ghost.mkv
Death in Paradise S00E03 It's Behind You.mkv

What is the problem here? In my naming convention? The data in TMDB? Or is it a bug in Infuse?

Did you do an edit metadata and reselect the correct show? It may need to be refreshed that way.
