The Metacritic score is missing on the iOS version, and most films on the Mac version do not display the Metacritic score.
Metacritic ratings are missing in this version, it was OK in prior ones I think
Is this affecting all titles or just a few? Can you check to ensure the Pro logo is visible in Infuse > Settings?
I have the Pro enabled, some titles display the metacritic score but are the ones I recently watched, I think some sort of caché is making them appear still, but most of them doesnt appear now
Can confirm. Metacritic rating is not showing on any platform for me (ATV, MacOS, iOS, ipadOS).
turn on rateing switch,all film is not show Metacritic,this is a bug
Same here (ATV with “NEW” layout and external rating enabled).
This seems to be a temporary issue with the Metacritic service.
I’ve reached out to them to try and get a status update on when it will be resolved.

Adding a “me too” here. Recently lost the metacritic, tvdb and IMDb ratings, and a previously unseen rating next to a Jellyfin logo has appeared.
Its fixed for me
Worked for a few days, but now the Metacritic rating is missing again on all platforms. All I am seeing is TMDB and Trakt.
Sorry, it looks like another service outage here.
I’ve reached out to Metacritic to get an update on when the issue will be resolved.

Update: Just received a response from Metacritic confirming the issue has been fixed. 
I’ve not yet received a response from them, but it seems like things may be working again today.
Note: Infuse will cache Metacritic ratings for 7 days, so if you attempted to load a Metacritic rating for a specific item (by opening the details page) that item may see a delay before the rating is available. Other items should work normally.

Metacritic is now showing for maybe half of my movies and tv shows. Other half there is no rating, but if I look for said movies / shows on metacritic, there definitely is a rating available.
Is there a trick to have the rating always show up?
Metacritic is basically my go-to page for reviews, I don’t really use TMDB or trakt. So I was really excited to have that implented in Infuse. But it’s not working properly for me.
