Hi all! I switched some months back from using SMB and Library mode in Infuse to using Jellyfin, and eventually switched to Direct Mode. It works great, but there’s one subtle change that if possible I’d love altered.
When browsing in Library mode, there’s a single Films list, with Collections within that. So, for example, if you scroll to J and find James Bond, the collection shows, then clicking into that shows the films in chronological order.
When browsing in Direct mode, however, the Collections are broken out separately at the top level alongside Movies and TV Shows. That means that within the Movies view, anything part of a collection is shown in alphabetical order amongst all the other non-Collection films. Having it show them again as Collections, or to have a Settings option that shows the ‘merged’ view, as it were, would be amazing.
