Memory Low warning on apple TV 2! Not playing smoothly!

I have Apple TV 2 gen. Two days ago i JB with new SeasOnPass and install new aTV Flash 5.0 version.

Same movies not playing smoothly and sometimes I get memory low warning on apple TV! What to do?
