Media without year in db name should still resolve

In general firecore recommends including the year on media for disambiguation. If this is the supported format, even if there are no results with year included in thetvdb or themoviedb, it should still resolve.

Expected:
Ghost in the Shell- Stand Alone Complex (2002) - Season 01 - Episode 01 - 公安9課 SECTION-9
should resolve to a TV series episode of ghost in the shell. Instead, the year has to be removed for it to resolve.

Actual:
Ghost in the Shell- Stand Alone Complex - Season 01 - Episode 01 - 公安9課 SECTION-9
The TV series only resolves when the year is removed which is inconsistent with the recommended naming format.

Notes:
The series is locked on thetvdb, so there is no way to add an alias to help infuse resolve the series.

The year can be included for movies, but it’s not usually needed for TV shows.

There are some cases where TheTVDB includes the year in the series name, but these are sort of rare.

We’re in the process of migrating from TheTVDB to TMDb for TV show data, so there is a fair chance search results will improve once this transition is done.

Good to know. I’m posting just to get the thought written out in a coherent form.
