This is extremely anecdotal so far since the update has been out for a day but has anybody been having issues with loading their media from a NAS via SMB? Ever since the update it has been extremely inconsistent when I try to retrieve any media; there is often a spinning circle around the play button for up to 40 seconds before anything loads, and when playback does happen the interface is laggy and unresponsive.
I turned SMB mode from Auto to Legacy and that seemed to help loading times, but this is not something I have ever adjusted before today.
So far the issue appears on my iPhone 15, SE3, iPad Pro, and M2 Macbook Air (all 8.4.4), but my iPhone X (8.2.4 legacy) seems fine both before and after Legacy SMB.
I also tested Plex Media Server/Player without using Infuse and loading times are nearly instant there, so I am inclined to think it is update related.
I know this is very anecdotal so would love to hear if anybody else has issues.
