Ever since installing atv flash black 1.6 on my atv2 while going into media and trying to play a video file on my apple time capsule it would play the movie for a few seconds then the atv2 would just turn off and restart. I thought its just the 1.6 since i upgraded to the 2.0 i still have the problem. I tried doing a hard reset but still have problems playing movies. Can anyone help me to rectify this.
We’ve not had any other similar reports, so I’d recommend sending in a bug report so we can look into what’s causing this issue for you.
Just sent diagnostic through maintenance and did a support ticket thanks.
