Media Player Remote shortcuts?

Is there anywhere that I can go to find any shortcuts or remote tricks for doing things like a 10-second rewind in Media Player?  Like in the OEM Apple TV 2 interface, I can pause a video, then hold the left arrow on the remote for 5 seconds and get a 10-second rewind (use the right arrow for a 10-second jump ahead).  Does Media Player offer any options like this?  And, if so, how can I find out about them?
