Media Player not loading poster for Bob's Burgers

my folder is named ‘Bob’s Burgers’ but for some reason, media player does not load a poster (cover) for it.  Why not?  It’s clearly listed in thetvdb.

 

I had to manually download a poster and name it folder.jpg.  Not that this is a huge problem, I’m just wondering what the issue is.

Try it without the apostrophe and see if that works. I’ve found removing any character that’s not alphanumeric provides better results.
