I have an smb library. Using infuse 8.3 and I sync to TRAKT. I mark episodes as watched and next time I enter the app, they are still unwatched. It happened to me on tvOS and iOS on the same folder. If I watch it all the way to the end it works. So mark as watched is broken… New bug?

Hi, Recently if I marked an episode as watched exit it out of of Infuse and come back later, the episode remains unwatched. Is anyone else having this issue? I’m on version Pro 8.3.2 (5433) on AppleTV. -C

If the watched status items show up in the Trakt playback progress manager then I would remove those there and see if that resolves your problem.

Thx! It worked for me. But I still think Infuse should manage this thing in a better way than use an external Trakt progress manager. Anyway, I saw they are investigating, but, for the moment, thank you.

A Trakt developer told me that they are also aware of issues related to this on their server side. So I’m not sure if Infuse can resolve it unless they create some workaround if it is actually a trakt.tv server problem. if this is a Trakt bug, I’ll try turning it off, but I remember it wasn’t enough to make it work. OR… Maybe Infuse is not doing “mark as watched” correctly on Trakt, causing this issue?

i am developing an APP to track my watching history with other function that TRAKT cannot provide, and i use infuse to watch movies, and i do believe it is the sync btw Infuse and Trakt, in Trakt, it will record where i stopped watching in infuse, but also i can manually mark it as completed in trak…

The problem recurred for me again with a tv series. Using the GitHub tool I shared earlier resolved it. A bit annoying but at least resolvable.
