In Emby/Jellyfin there are libraries that are created and placed under the My Media section of the homescreen. In Infuse, we’re able to create Favourites to achieve a similar result, but there are a few issues.
When creating the favourite, a generic orange icon is shown on the homescreen. We then need to add our own artwork to this to make them unique. Also, there is no way to re-order the favourites on the screen once they’re created. The workaround here is to delete them and re-add them in the order that you want them to be displayed.
Are there any plans to have these auto-generate from Emby or Jellyfin? Jellyfin’s implementation looks the best by far and randomly grabs some artwork from the library and creates a thumbnail with the library name. Really nice touch.
