I'd like to learn how to re-enable Maintenance menu. I have Overflow installed and am running the lastest version of aTV Flash for Black.

Was Maintenance hidden or moved by Overflow? If so, you should be able to revert the settings through the Overflow menu.
I solved the problem by restoring my atv2 to its original software via iTunes. And then re-installing atv2 Flash Black. This brought back my Maintenance menu. If there is a easier way, I am unaware of it.
Hope this helps someone else.
