Is anyone already successfully streaming to the Infuse Apple TV app from a Mac running OS Mojave? I’m reticent to upgrade to Mac OS Mojave, until I’m sure any bugs have been squashed.

We’ve not observed any issues when streaming from Mojave, and have seen no reports of issues. So there’s a good chance you should be just fine. 
I use a Mac mini to stream and since upgrading to Mojave (Touch wood) I have noticed no difference in Infuse performance and no additional setup action was required by me to get it working.
