macOS: click on progress bar doesn't change play position

I can’t pinpoint when this started happening, but if I’m watching something in Infuse Pro for Mac (8.4.5 on Tahoe 26.5.1), if I pause playback and click on the progress bar to skip to some random position, a small popup window shows the frame at that point. If I click the frame or away from the frame then playback is still paused and the progress bar is at my newly chosen position.

Then I click play and it starts playing from where I paused it, not the newly chosen position. Chapter selection (from Advanced Settings) skips position as expected but not using the progress bar.

Have I missed a new setting somewhere? I’m sure this used to work!

You may want to update to 8.4.6, there were several fixes in it. Not sure if it addresses this but it’s worth a shot.

Thanks for the heads up! Now running Version 8.4.6 (8.4.5667) but the progress bar behaves the same way on macOS :person_shrugging:

FYI progress bar works as I’d expect in 8.4.6 on iOS and iPadOS, tvOS Infuse has a progress bar on steroids :rofl:

One more thing: if I drag the progress bar slider, playback moves the point at which I release it. It’s only moving the slider by clicking in a new position that doesn’t respect the new playback position.
