I am having trouble playing .m4v files on the media player. Is there a known issue? I just get the loading screen, but then nothing loads?

It works fine through airplay in iTunes

Any idea?

Any ideas? I have tried the software update and these still don’t play

Were these files purchased through iTunes? If so, these are not yet supported in aTV Flash (black).

We’re hoping to support these in a future version, but don’t have an ETA just yet.
