Lost Connection

I write because lately I suffer some problems with this program.Concretamente with the version 4.3 pro.
The case is that if I am watching a movie or a series, in the middle of the reproduction I receive this message “An error has occurred”.
After this message I can not continue playback or exit the application. It’s more when I exit the application and re-enter, I do not recognize any of the folders I have as favorites.
It’s very annoying, since I can not enjoy my favorite movies and series.
As a sudden way to enjoy my movies again I have to restart the pc and the Apple TV.
Any suggestions or solutions?

Can you try installing the free version of 5.3 to see if this helps?

I already did that and it’s still the same
