Local extras (trailers, scenes) not working on Google Drive

Hi,

I’m having an issue with local extra content (trailers, scenes, etc.) on Google Drive. Extra files are not visible in Infuse at all — neither assigned to the movie nor as separate files in the library.

Details:

  • Devices: Apple TV, iPhone, Mac (issue on all of them)
  • Infuse version: latest
  • Source: Google Drive

I tried different approaches — placing extra files directly next to the main movie file, as well as organizing them into subfolders (Trailers, Scenes, etc.). In both cases Infuse completely ignores these files.

Interestingly, when I rename the extra file to something without special keywords, it shows up in the library as a separate movie. When I restore the original name — it disappears completely.

On Mega.nz the exact same folder structure works perfectly — extra content is visible and assigned to the movie. The issue only occurs with Google Drive.

Is this a known bug? Is there any workaround?

Can you share a bit more information on how these items are named and organized? Posting a picture or two would be very helpful in understanding how things are organized.
