Although, not in a position to satisfy your request, your post caught my attention. I use a Mac and purchased an app called MacWhisper for almost exactly the same purpose. Except of course it wasn’t live. It would often require transcoding the audio track to mp3 but it is fast and really quite accurate. It exports an srt file. text is fine, timings not so, with text time stamps often starting at end of previous text time segment rather than when it actually should start. But for files where the various subtitle sites do not have a subtitle for a particular movie it has been brilliant.
