I purchased a lifetime subscription of Infuse a couple of years ago for my Apple TV HD. Everything has been updating and working fine. In the Infuse settings the subscription is valid for $9.99 a year.
I received a new Apple TV 4K 3rd Gen for xmas and set it up using my iphone. I tried to restore my subscription but it will not let me. Since it was Xmas I had to purchase a free trial to move forward. People wanted to watch movies
There is no record of any Infuse subscriptions on my iphone except for the new trial at $12.99. I don’t want to be paying for 2 Infuse subscriptions. How do I correct the issue? Can Firecore check the subscription status if I give you my email?
I would like to get this issue resolved before the 30 trial is over. Thank you.
If you’re seeing a $9.99 per year sub it sounds like you didn’t purchase a lifetime sub for Infuse 7.
As @munpip214 said, if you purchased the Infuse 6 pro app it only included updates for V6 but not V7 and up. You’ll either need to renew your annual for $9.99 unless it’s lapsed and then you’ll be at the $12.99 rate since you let it lapse.
Firecore doesn’t have access subscription info from Apple from what I remember so you’ll have to take it up with Apple.
I’d double check that the same Apple user account is used as the default user on ATVs and you also may find some help with this users guide.
Sorry for the confusion. The old apple tv has a yearly subscription for $9.99 (which I still have). When I got the new apple tv for xmas I had to purchase the $12.99 yearly subscription. I thought the $9.99 subscription would have transferred over. I’m fine with paying one or the other. I just don’t want to pay for both subscriptions.
They both are on the same Apple ID. It’s the same one I always had.
Will this sort itself out automatically or is there something else I need to do?
