Lifetime License Missing for Family Member (Trakt Login Sharing Issue)

Hi,

I’ve been using Infuse Pro (Lifetime License) for quite a while, and it has been working perfectly. I also shared access with my family by having them sign in using the same Trakt account, since I understand Infuse Family Sharing doesn’t apply to lifetime plans purchased directly via the App Store.

However, I’ve noticed that the Pro features on my family member’s device have occasionally disappeared recently, showing the “Upgrade to Infuse Pro” screen. Usually, logging out and back into Trakt would fix it, but today it completely stopped working - the app no longer recognizes the lifetime license at all.

Both devices are still logged in to the same Trakt account, and we haven’t changed any devices, Apple IDs, or settings.

This issue seems to happen quite often with this Trakt-based family sharing setup, which is becoming quite inconvenient.

Could you please check if this is a known bug or server-side issue, and also let me know if there’s any alternative or more stable method to share the lifetime license with family members?

lifetime is supoort family share, you can check this document

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, I’m already familiar with that document and have been using the same setup for quite a long time.

It used to work perfectly, but recently the sharing through Trakt has been unstable — sometimes the Pro features would disappear and then come back after re-login.

However, today it completely stopped working, and the lifetime license is no longer recognized at all on my family member’s device.

So I don’t think it’s a setup issue, but rather something that’s changed or broken recently on the server or account side.
