Let Infuse be an internal player for other apps

I use apps like Vidi, Omni, and Fusion. They let you watch content using AVPlayer (Apple’s own player with limited format support) or KSPlayer (More format support, but it still sucks). Most of these apps let you set Infuse as an external player, but this isn’t a great experience going back and forth.

I’m not sure about the correct term for this, but I would love if Infuse would offer an SDK for other apps to directly build in Infuse’s powerful player. Maybe there can be a way for other devs to licence this or let users who have a Pro Infuse sub authenticate it in another app to be allowed to use it.

That would be fantastic! I really hope this can happen, as a Fusion and Omni user it would be absolutely awesome to be able to use Infuse as an internal player!

It’d be awesome. Please consider this! In the end this could be profitable a lot for Infuse as it will become more popular considering that there are other apps that could use it as internal… A yearly licensing maybe? It‘s a must!

Also with Stremio coming to the Apple TV at some point it would be huge if infuse could be a built in player.

This would be a really nice and welcoming feature! It would be so good and useful for both, the App Developers and Infuse, if this will made possible eventually. A lot of people craving for a good and solid internal player like Infuse. All the current available internal players are just not good enough.

This would be a fantastic addition! It would greatly benefit both users and developers if this feature were eventually implemented. There’s a strong demand for a solid solution like this, and it would definitely make the app even more popular. Hope this gets considered!

I could see this being a great addition for infuse, while also giving the user a smooth play back experience we have all grown to love with the current Infuse.

There are starting to be more and more apps available for AppleTV along with iOS that would benefit from a solid well established player and most importantly is “wife” approved (she hates when I change players).

I’m sure some form of a licensing agreement could be drawn up that would allow a dev to easily implement Infuse internally in their app

Please seriously consider this request.

Have been using Fusion for a while, having infuse as an internal player would be great! Developers please consider adding this as a feature if possible.

It’s an app currently in Beta on TestFlight. It’s like Stremio and Vidi.
