Infuse Support Ticket: LAN Connection Bypass Proxy Issue
Device & Version Info
• Devices: iPhone 16 Pro Max, Apple TV 4K
• OS: iOS 26 (Latest), tvOS 26 (Latest)
• Infuse Version: Latest Version
• Other Media Players: Popcorn, VidHub, SenPlayer (All Latest)
Network Environment
• Emby Server LAN IP: 192.168.10.237
• Side Router with Transparent Proxy: 192.168.10.250 (Global Proxy)
• All devices are connected to the same local area network.
Problem Description
When using Infuse to connect to the local Emby server for video playback, the LAN traffic is incorrectly routed to the side router proxy.
In the CloudMediaSync log, the client request IP is shown as the side router IP 192.168.10.250, instead of the real device LAN IP.
Comparison Test
Under the same network & system environment, all other media players (Popcorn, VidHub, SenPlayer) connect to the local Emby server directly via LAN without going through the proxy, and work perfectly.
Only Infuse has this abnormal routing issue.
Reference Log (From CloudMediaSync)
• Abnormal (Infuse Request): Go-http-client/1.1 - 192.168.10.250
• Normal (Other Players): Emby-Lavf/59.27.100 - 192.168.10.237
Request
Please optimize Infuse network settings:
Force direct LAN connection for the same local network IP addresses, and automatically bypass the system global proxy, keeping consistent with other media players.
Looking forward to your solution, thank you!
