I wondering what else I might need to do to get a keyboard running. I installed the keyboard package and after testing a few keyboards, none seem to work. I have tested MAc and PC USB keyboards as well as a wireless keyboard.
without a keyboard when they do not properly detect my uPnP NAS is painful.

Has the Smart Installer been run yet? This step will be required to enable the USB port for keyboards, hard drives and other USB peripherals.

I was able to get this going.
I do see an issue still however.
WHen I install the Magic Keyboard then run XMBC all keypresses are decoded twice. So when I arrow up one time XBMC received 2 arrow ups.
If I do not install the smart keyboard , I get no keyboard in ATV
