I finally tackled my “Other” folder, which had gone from 0 to hundreds after Extras were implemented. No fault of Infuse, of course, just poor categorization and folder structure on my part. Most all were extras in TV episodes, which I just trashed. Behind the scenes extras for TV shows is not something I care to see, anyway. Walter White is a meth cook, not an actor.
My movie count had jumped by around 600 too, which was again, a cataloging issue. I’ve now opened every one, from …And God Created Woman (1956) to Zorns Lemma (1970), and renamed folders, removed folders from within folders, renamed files correctly that I had missed earlier, and even trashed about a dozen potentially malicious .exe files. Done, and viewing movie extras is a fabulous addition to an already fabulous piece of software.
When Apple finally releases the next Apple TV, I’ll upgrade primarily for Infuse. Thanks to all for your continued development and hard work.
