Jellyfin gets more and more users and this is a feature which would be really useful for me and surely also for others.

Back when I was working winters in warm places away from home (Key West, Hawaii, etc.) I would have âdate nightsâ with my ex where weâd watch tv shows âtogetherâ (such as âSurvivorâ), wearing over-ear headphones for our tvsâ or computersâ audio with a wired earbud underneath for our phone call (so if we were slightly out of sync the echo of the otherâs program audio wouldnât be distracting to us).
It was a very tedious process to call out âpause!â when we needed to react to something and then get manually resynced after. Luckily we still liked each other well enough back then to put up with all the effort.
