I downloaded season pass and connected my atv to my computer but seas0npass keeps saying no device connected. any ideas?

  2. Bad USB cable
  3. Do you have exactly 2-nd Gen ATV not 3-rd Gen?
  4. Does iTunes recognize ATV?
