If I purchase a Apple TV 2 and it comes with 5.2 or 5.2.1, can it still be jailbroken even though I don’t have 5.2 or 5.2.1 on my computer? Or do u have to upgrade to 5.3? Thanks in advance.
You can still jailbreak it untethered. You can save the signatures (blobs) by right clicking the application so in case you upgrade by mistake, you can downgrade back to 5.2 or w.e.
