It seem that vertical shifting is not working, I’m trying to use it to have a double blackbar at the bottom and then fold up a little my VP screen.

This appears to be working normally here.
One thing to keep in mind is if your videos have embedded black bars, you will also need to select from one of the Aspect Ratio options. Doing this will allow Infuse to crop out the black bars and then shift the video.
