Is it possible to remove unneeded items?

I have in the Dashboard many items that i not use (e.g. MLB.TV, Trailer, WSJ Live, Vimeo, Podcasts, Mobile and Flicker).

Is it possible to remove the items? And can i get them back if i need them in future?
