With the Infuse 8.4 update, I’ve noticed that on iOS the “Movies” and “TV Shows” Favorites disappeared. When I go to re-add “All Movies” and “All TV shows” via the home screen customization, it adds them as a separate category on the home screen instead of adding to the favorites.
On tvOS however, adding the same items brings them into the favorites section right away. This is clearly different behaviors between platforms. Thanks.
There are some fixes in this area coming in the 8.4.1 update.
Update with 8.4.1 today: This was not fixed. It is however possible to go manually into the Library folder, Movies, then add All Movies to favorites. I can’t resort the favorites bar though.
Sorting of favorites isn’t available just yet, but it’s something that is currently in progress.
Adding All Movies and All TV Shows to pinned items on iOS still does not pin them to the Favorites section like it did pre-8.4 and as it currently does on tvOS. I’m not sure if this was tackled in 8.4.2, but as of 8.4.2 it is not fixed. Thanks.
