iOS and SMB issue

Hi, I’m running infuse on an iPhone 14 Pro with IOS 18.3.
Since the update to 18 infuse displays the error that can be seen in the screenshot. Accessing SMB via finder works fine. No issues with running the same setup synced via iCloud on tvOS and ipad os (both latest versions).
Funny enough infuse works just fine on my daughter‘s iPhone SE running iOS 18.3 as well.
I installed the apps by now quite a few times, removed and re-added the SMB location, tried the same with new SMB accounts, but no luck.
Any support or hint what the cause might be would be highly appreciated
Thanks in advance!

Any more feedback I can give here?
Would be nice to be able to use infuse on my iPhone again.

Cheers

If you have a moment, can you send in a diagnostic report from your device (and post the code here)?

Done.
Code: GNA1W.

Thanks for you reply.
Please let me know if I can provide further information.

Also, thank you for the great product.
Aside from this iPhone issues I’m thoroughly enjoying it on all other platforms.

Cheers,
Nils

Did the error code help to draw any conclusions?

Cheers

Based on your logs it seems Infuse is not able to find that network device on the network.

  1. Is your iPhone connected to the same Wi-Fi network as other devices that are working?
  2. Are you using a dual-band network? Sometimes these can have issues and restarting the iPhone and router can help.
  3. You may also check to ensure Infuse has access to the local network. This is a system setting on your iPhone and more info can be found in this guide.
