Tried to install and I can not get past the “Instillation Failed” "Sorry, the installer could not install Maintenance (Error 9.100). Help!

I´ll allmost get the same. I wouldnt install maintenace but i get the 4.2 error code.
I have also tried to ssh in to the shell, but neither dpkg or apt-get will run.
When i try to run dpkg I get this:
