Already did the new installation of the tethered SeasonPass 5.0.
Tried installing the Flash component and am getting an “Installation Error”.
Any ideas?

No - they are separate products.
SeasonPass is free software that tries to package up jailbreaks so that they are easier to use.
ATV Flash is paid-for software that allows you to add the FireCore additional apps to a jailbroken system. It assumes that the jailbreak was done with SeasonPass from the perspective of the testing done by FireCore but many people successfully use other jail breaking tools.
