Install codec files

I am trying to follow the below to install the codec files from the user guide - I can’t find the DVD plugin option on the new menu system. Any help?

Install Mplayer codec files. To complete our library of codecs, we recommend installing the
Mplayer codecs. This is very simple, and can be completed by following these steps. 1. Click on
Settings in the DVD plugin. 2. Click on Install Software. 3. Select Install Mplayer codecs. The codecs
will now install automatically.

It should be near the bottom. Did you perform a factory restore, and update to latest software before installing 3.1?
