We have a potential fix for this in progress for the upcoming 5.4.4 version.
If anyone still experiencing this issue would like to try a beta before the initial release please let me know.
5.4.4 is now available and improves auth token expiration and trakt scrobbling which we think will resolve this issue.

Everything seems to be working properly again without reinstalling or any other hoops to jump through. It even appears to have marked all the things that weren’t posted to trakt retroactively! Thanks a ton y’all!

I still have a problem with infuse on my Apple TV Black (infuse 2.5-554)
It doesn’t send the informations to Trakt so everything in my trakt account is wrong.
I have another Apple TV (4K) so it tooks wrong informations from trakt.
But when I use infuse 4 pro on my iPad, it works with Trakt !!!
Please help me, I don’t know what to do…

Unfortunately the Trakt integration on the ATV2 is no longer supported. It was using the Trakt v1 API, which Trakt took offline in 2015.
