Hi @james sorry for the delay. I am still seeing this issue on 8.4.4, but it’s not happening every single time now. The support bundle code is 021X9.

Want to note that I’m trying out Jellyfin and I haven’t noticed this same behavior yet. I’m not sure what Plex could be doing is this turns out to only be present with Plex backend.

I have more data. It DOES happen on Jellyfin too, but I’ve only seen it when I hit the “Skip Intro” button manually instead of letting it auto skip with delay.
