Infuse Pro subtitles download when app open in two devices

yesterday I added my second Infuse pro on atv 4k in the livingrom downstairs, and I discovered it would not download subtitles when having the infuse app in use in two devices at once, the message was that it did not have a network connection when trying to search for subtitles. Have anyone else had this issue ?

Probably not your problem. Check the status of opensubtitles for the last few days (with today looking at being the worst day) using the “Status” link at the bottom of most forum pages under the “Links” header.
