Infuse Pro Lifetime sub still support Lifetime versions and updates?

This question was last asked in 2022. That topic is closed so I can’t ask a follow-up.

Basically I’m wondering if anything has changed in the licensing agreement in the last 3 years? If I buy a lifetime for Infuse Pro today will that still include, “all future updates to Infuse including V8 and on” which was the answer three years ago?
